Overview
- Fixed monthly fee (based upon estimated number of inquiries) plus all additional costs (i.e.: material, shipping, import, delivery)
- Minimum period of 12 months with termination without cause upon 90 days notice
- Monthly fee payable at start of each month. Itemized additional costs (materials, clearance, etc) to be invoiced at month end
- Confidential Sourcing based on Customer’s preference
- Austin responsible for Hazmat compliance, shipping, import, logistics and delivery
- Austin will provide the best source(s) specific to quality, availability and price
- Inquiries to be processed within 24 hours of receipt
- Response time for commercial items:
- 5 days - US, Europe and Japan
- 5-10 days - Southeast Asia
- Advise non-commercially available items: 48 hours
- Austin, through our partner network, shall attempt to develop custom sources for products not offered commercially
- Custom synthesis: Possible sources identified within 5 days
- Customers to advise purchase decision for ordering / updating of suppliers
- Customers to provide periodic updates on the status of the projects for updating of suppliers
